As a large portion of our clients are business corporations, ranging from small-scale operations to large engineering firms, corporate law constitutes a large part of our activities. Due to a long continuous history of our firm, we have managed to acquire experience with almost all aspects of corporate law. Main areas of corporate law that we operate in on a regular basis are:

Excerpts from the history of our firm:
- we have drafted an array of framework contracts and work contracts for our client regarding construction of technological units abroad
- we have facilitated a transfer of a share of a Czech limited liability company belonging to a Dutch legal person to our client, in a process involving a merger of 3 associated corporations.
- we have created a comprehensive documentation for a German logistical concern acquiring 100% of shares of a Czech joint stock company (this documentation included contract on the purchase of shares, due diligence documents, confidentiality agreements, etc.)
